Samsung’s latest mid-range tablets arrive this week with the new Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ set to go on sale in select markets starting April 3, 2025.
At first glance, the new tablets look a lot like the Galaxy Tab S9 FE series that launched about a year and a half ago. But Samsung has given the new tablets a faster processor, and a few other modest improvements. The most noticeable physical change though is that the Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ has a bigger screen than the previous-gen model.
While both tablets have 90 Hz IPS LCD touchscreen displays with S-Pen support, the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ had a 12.4 inch screen while the S10 FE+ has a 13.1 inch screen that provides 12% more screen space. As a result, the new tablet is a little bigger and heavier, but it’s actually 0.5mm thinner than its predecessor.
The new Galaxy Tab S10 FE, meanwhile, continues to have the same 10.9 inch 90 Hz IPS LCD screen as its predecessor. Physically it’s nearly identical in shape and size, but it weighs a tiny bit less.
Under the hood the new model is powered by a Samsung Exynos 1580 processor (up from an Exynos 1380 chip in the previous generation), and entry-level configurations now come with 8GB of RAM (up from 6GB). The tablets also support microSD cards up to 2TB.
