The Chuwi MiniBook X N150 is small laptop with a 10.51 inch 1920 x 1200 pixel IPS LCD touchscreen display and a 360 degree hinge that lets you fold the screen back for use in tablet mode. First announced earlier this year, it’s the latest entry in the MiniBook line of mini-laptops, and it’s the first with an Intel N150 Alder Lake-N processor.

Now the MiniBook X N150 is available for purchase. A model with 12GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD has a list price of $399, but it’s currently on sale for $351 from the Chuwi website when you use the code MB100.

The little laptop measures 244 x 166.4 x 17.2mm (9.6″ x 6.6″ x 0.7″) and weighs 920 grams (about 2 pounds). It has an aluminum alloy body, a backlit keyboard, and a glass touchpad.

Inside the case there’s 12GB of LPDDR5 memory and an M.2 slot for user-upgradeable storage, along with a wireless card with support for WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 and a 28.88 Wh battery.

While that battery is about half the size of what you’d expect from a halfway decent full-sized laptop (or even a handheld gaming PC), the MiniBook X N150 is powered by a 6-watt processor, so the battery should be good enough for provide at least a few hours of run time (or longer for lightweight tasks like video streaming. There’s also a fan inside the case for active cooling.

Another thing to keep in mind is that the laptop has a pretty small selection of ports: there’s a 3.5mm audio jack and two “full-featured USB-C” ports for charging, data, and video output. And that’s it.

The notebook comes with a 12V/3A power adapter.
